Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, 31 countries in all. Each one is listed above with its rate and delivery time.
How much does shipping cost?
From €7 in Belgium to €40 for Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Malta. Shipping is free from 2 bottles in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and most of the EU, and from 3 bottles in the United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Latvia and Lithuania.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 business days in Belgium, 3 to 5 in Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, 4 to 8 elsewhere in Europe and 6 to 8 in the United Kingdom. Orders ship the next business day with a tracking link.
Are there customs charges or import VAT?
Within the EU, none. Olive oil enters the United Kingdom free of import duty and VAT, so nothing is charged on delivery. Orders to Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein may be subject to local import VAT on delivery.
Processing & delivery
Orders placed before the end of the day are packed and shipped the following business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery times depend on your location. Most Core countries (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands) receive their order within 2–3 business days. For other EU destinations, expect 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Orders to the United Kingdom typically arrive within 6–8 business days; olive oil enters the UK free of import duties and VAT, so nothing extra is charged on delivery.
Returns & damages
Because olive oil is a food product, it is exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. We do not accept returns on opened or undamaged products.
Damaged in transit? If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at hello@attimo-oil.com with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
